Dustin was absolutely wonderful in talking with me about the repairs made and explained all that was done to fix the damages. I felt that I was heard about the concerns I had. Repairs were also made expediently and the team made sure I had alternative transportation and guided me through all the steps I needed to do in order to make this experience as painless as possible. Took a long time to get our vehicle done, once done they didnt program the windows back and we wrre told " its a simple google search." Okay, but that is not OUR job. Also, we they installed the incorrect driver side mirror so both mirrors look different and the driver said mirror is warped.

Hopefully family & friends will not have their vehicle hit, but if they ever have any collision repairs, I would definitely send them to this shop for repairs.

Carolinas Collision Center by Peters Creek Parkway did what looks to be an excellent job restoring my vehicle to its original look and function. Thank you. I visited a tire shop after the vehicle was repaired and replaced the tires so everything looks new and shiny.

I notice the things that where in my truck was in the back seat. There was dirt on my driver door including on my driving mat And whoever it was tried to vacuum it up but it was not helpful at all. The same way my car was given to y'all should've been the same way I received it back

I only have one issue with my radio; I have never had this problem before. I have to hold the power button for about 2 to 3 minutes for my radio to turn on, and I never had to do this before. It will not turn on when I push the audio button; I have to turn it on using the power button, and this concerns me.
