They went above and beyond, always keeping me up to date. I never had to call and check in or question where we were along the way. Devin took the time to even help me get something else taken care of not related to the insurance claim while my vehicle was already there so I didn't have to come back again. That was a huge time and life saver for me, and I appreciate that more than he knows!

Excellent communication from Dustin. I have some remaining imperfections in the vehicle as a result of the accident (ill-fitting a-pillar upholstery on the side of the accident, a new creak in the rear of the cab when going over uneven surfaces), but the exterior of the vehicle looks 100% stock. The imperfections are likely a result of A) what the insurance company was willing to replace, and B) just what happens when repairs are done to the support braces for body panels.
