Great service from Alex and Holly. My only feedback would be in improving the communication system through the app on changes caused by sudden delays that are unexpected. Note to Alex: Mazda Bob King solved the brake issue. Air pockets in the brake lines.

I’m disappointed that the lift/door is not properly aligned, I noticed it immediately when I got home. The paint inside looks rough. The employees were nice to work with, but gave me anxiety on the completion date.

Hollie is the reason I would recommend. For the cost of the repair I would expect better paint color matching. Not happy!

The lift gate does not line up. I definitely don’t like the paint color it doesn’t sparkle like it used to. Very disappointing.
