VERY slow repair: my rental car benefit from Travelers ran out before my car was ready, and I had to fend for myself for 8 days. That was a bummer—maybe not Carolina Collision’s fault: to their credit, as soon as I brought them the truck, they kinda winced and said it may be a longer wait for body panels because it is so new. Only other issue is that they didn’t get the upholstery back on the passenger-side A-pillar correctly. It has a large gap and is rattling: I have not yet reached out to Carolina Collision to see how they will address til he issue, and I figure they deserve the chance to make it right. If they don’t, my rating would be a 6.

They have some stupid automated email system that says “your vehicle is on track to be repaired by X date.” It isn’t updated frequently, so (for instance) on Jan 3, I got a message that my car was on track to be ready on Jan 2…
