From the time that I arrived and was greeted by the secretary, who was polite, courteous, and very efficient, and then Julian checked our car, it took me out and explained what he found and what the process would involve. Communication was clear and we were given a timeline when the car would be ready. The daily texts that we received from Julian were most helpful and very appreciated when we picked up our car it was a seamless production, giving us receipts speaking with Julian taking us out to see the car, which looked fabulous. We would highly recommend Carolina Collision to anybody that needs their services. Thank you for a job. Well done.

The service at Carolina Collision was wonderful from beginning to end, and by that I mean the front desk, the woman was lovely efficient well organized we didn’t have any wait time thankfully, our car was ready sooner than we anticipated. When it arrived back it had been cleaned inside and out and washed, and it looked perfect. We would highly recommend Carolina Collision to anyone that would be looking for those kind of services a special shout out and thanks to Julian.
