Julien & the team did amazing work on my car. The communications and follow up were timely and accurate. Couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. When I picked up my car, there was an issue with sensors/cruise control. I brought the car back and they are working to correct the problem and make it right. Fantastic service and support!

I am pleased with the outcome of my vehicle repairs; however, there are a few concerns I would like to address. I turned my vehicle in in a certain condition, and I was disappointed to receive it back with rust present and some paint chipping. That was particularly concerning to me. Additionally, although the vehicle was not completely aligned, I felt more could have been done to straighten it properly. I also noticed that the dashboard warning lights were still on, which I believe could have been reset prior to the vehicle being returned to me. Aside from these concerns, I was generally okay with the overall repair experience.
