I appreciated the down to earth atmosphere provided by the friendly staff. I felt like I could trust there recommendations and that they were on my side right away. The repair looks beautiful!

No need to contact me. My dissatisfaction rests in the fact that my carâs very minor repaint-repairs weâre not completed at the agreed upon time. Despite having two clear conversations about the timeframe and my related needs, the work on my vehicle wasnât started until the day it was supposed to be completed. No one from the shop reached out to me to convey the delayed start and by the time I learned of the problem, it was too late in the process to move to a different solution. As a result, we experienced a major trip interruption. It was totally unavoidable. I wonât use this shop again.

The integration with Geico and Enterprise made the entire process much easier than I thought it would be. The repair went well and the staff was excellent from start to finish. Wouldn't change a thing. Didn't even have to go to Enterprise to return the vehicle. A+, 5 stars, I'm impressed.

Two different t people told me it was an easy job and it would be done in a few hours. Then closer to close I get notified that it wasn't going to be ready until the next day. And not even early the next day. Not smart to give eta if not known.
