The staff made it very easy, clear and stress-free for me. They walked me through on the whole process and provided updates along the way. Very professional and communicative/responsive. (Car was being repaired at the expense of another insurance and this was one of the locations their insurance recommended) Upon receiving my car back, they washed & cleaned my car too! Scratches on the exterior. Buffing compound not washed off the car. Compound inside the car on the seats. Rear seatbelt not properly reinstalled. Interior panel not properly installed.
