Carolina Collision was very communicative about where my car was at in the repair process. Julian called me himself and made sure that he ordered the right parts for the front of my car so that it looked exactly the same as the original. He was very friendly and even came out with me to let me inspect it before I drove off when the repairs were done. I would highly recommend their services. They even did a complete repaint on my car and said the paint was lifetime warranty! They seem to really take care of their customers. The repair itself was stellar....my car looked better than it had before it even needed repairs. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful for the quality of work they provided.

the damage they repaired looks great and they even washed and waxed (even though they did leave some wax on it) and tire shine.
