Sorry, everything was wonderful until the end. I was very grateful for getting my headlights and running board finally done. timely manner too. I just thought it would be a little less obvious. My car is old but in good shape. Glue spots needed to be cleaned up, showed terribly. Touch up spots looked touched up. I appreciate all that was done on my behalf.

Best collision service I have ever been to. My auto dealership and automotive repair company recommended Carrillo and Sons. From first contact to completion, I was kept updated and Carrillo did all the necessary paperwork. They made it so easy by handling the insurance company and Enterprise Rental. I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had with Carillo & Sons. They came highly recommended by our long-term mechanic, who let us know "they're fantastic, but not necessarily cheap". I got several quotes from David as had several repairs & he was fully transparent in every way, including that I could save a little bit of money if they did the entire job. I got a few other quotes and they were competitive, but David was so trusting, provided realistic updates and expectations as to when I would get my car back etc. When I picked up my car, I literally felt like I was picking up a brand new car as I am the original owner of the Lexus ES350 they worked on and only has 100K miles and plan on keeping it for a long time. HIGHLY recommend this family owned business as they're simply amazing!
