I was extremely impressed with the entire process from start to finish.from Andrea at the front desk to Daniel the evaluator and everyone in between.You all go the extra mile, all polite courteous ect.the warm environment of a comfortable, clean waiting ,area with enjoyable reading material not just mags but travel books was impressive and what a nice touch with the gift bags!
