I was told upon picking up my car that the shade of paint/gloss does not match 100% and it was recommended I get my car detailed/polished for it to match.

Staff were friendly and informative when I called, however at no point did anyone communicate with me that they would be cancelling one of my claims, and then I was responsible for paying out of pocket for one of them since it was under my deductible amount. This should have been discussed with me at the time Carsmetrics made the decision to do so.

Opening the hood, it appears they placed a waetherstrip seal in the front instead of straightening the frame, so the hood doesn't latch down as far as it should. Had to pop some front trim back into place that wasn't dealt with. Most of the repair looks good, but feel the front was not done quite properly.

The car looks brand new again well since we only had it to 8 days until someone ran into the back of use. They complained they job quicker then expected and we were happy to get it back for our road trip instead of having to use a smaller rental car. Thanks again
