As a first-time customer, I had the privilege of working with staff from two separate Alan Conner CarStar locations. My first impressions of both locations was the pronounced professionalism of the overall presentation of the locations and the staff. I didn’t feel as though I was entering your average auto body shop. My interaction with the staff was just as impressive. In the west end, Daniel was courteous, patient and thorough—a kind, courteous, competent professional. At the Mechanicsville location, Angie and Sarah were equally professional. George and the guys did a phenomenal job repairing our beloved Land Cruiser. I particular appreciated the deliberate and frequent communication from the Alan Conner staff throughout this process. Thank you so much for your quality work and being a light of professionalism and courtesy in a world that seems to have forgotten both. If I’m ever in need of any kind of paint or body work work in the future, Alan Conner and CarStar will be my first call!

So, unfortunely I had to bring my car in for repair again within less than a 6 month time frame and was really upset about the incident (hit and run) but I knew that the service I had from before with Alan Conner Collision was gonna be top tier, and it was!!! All of the staff there are absolutely amazing! I have had my car repaired before at other shops but this shop is different, in a good way. The moment you walk in your great by Angie and/or Sarah!! And George is goes over everything with the customer as far as repairs go. They call you to keep you informed!! They even cleaned my car prior to pick up and I got some extra touch up paint!!! Just hands down a great crew at Alan Conner Collision. This is my go to place for any and all repairs I may need in the future. Thank you so much everybody at Alan Conner Collision!!!!!!
