The hood and front of the vehicle look like it just came off the assembly line. Thank you for cleaning it inside and out. My only hiccup would be that I would have liked to speak to a tech doing the work at some point and maybe some progress pics. With that said, if I ever need a body shop again CARSTAR will be the choice.

Initial timing was a full week. It ended up to be 2 weeks, and I still need to go back as they are still missing 1 item. While I brought the car for repair nearly one month after the estimate, it doesn’t make sense that I have to wait 2 more weeks for them to receive the right parts.
