This is the second time I've had Carstar American Collision fix one of our cars. Ken is a trustworthy, professional person to work with. He is polite, down-to-earth, & I appreciate his good work. I was so relieved Ken was available & able to talk with me right after the accident. He allowed me to send pictures of the car to him to look at & initially assess.
