The work was completed timely and done to my satisfaction. I truly felt & still feel like I am driving a new 2012 vehicle again. The rust repair and repainting was done perfectly, in my opinion, as per my experience with my father's collision shop in my youth. But the most pleasant surprise was how well the vehicle was cleaned inside and outside. Especially impressed by the clean interior. I give this location/ business my full endorsement, and plan to return as rust will surely appear in other areas and expect the same great results. My 4Runner is a great vehicle and will continue maintaining it for another 100K miles or more. I was planning to bring it to a detail shop, but not needed now after the great job by CarStar.

The Waterford location is absolutely fabtastic. From the minute I walked in the door they were right on it, and super friendly. They told me 7-10 days, and they were done in 9. My truck looked brand new when they returned it to me. Throughout the time they had my truck, they were sending me daily text updates, and even personal phonecalls to update me. Cant say enough about the team there!
