I had an item missing from my car when I went to pick it up. They claim they couldn’t find it. I trusted these people with my car and that it would be returned to me with repairs done along with everything I had in it still there. I will NEVER be using this place again and will be leaving other reviews about my experience.

I truly appreciate the work you did on my vehicle! Also, appreciate the communication on clearing up any concerns I had. I will say that the automated system is a bit outta sync with what’s actually happening, but I understand that it’s not on you all. You answered my call every time something didn’t line up with the automated system/messages, so no big deal.

Well from the start, Dylan Andree (Estimator) Was very nice, and I had a trusting feeling to get my work done there. The receptionist was also very thorough, and good at her job. I was pleased with the outcome on my vehicle, and that they kept me updated by texts through the process. I would definitely come back, if my car needed bodywork. 😀
