The staff at CS at Cramer’s Middletown is the absolute best. Not only do they do very professional repairs, they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience from start to finish! They are the absolute best when it comes to auto repairs and customer service. They are the best in central PA and that’s because they do it the right way. Thanks for a great experience.

Would have given a 10 but for 3 minor issues: Car was left in Service Mode which I corrected immediately since I was familiar with it; the repair time was extended a week without explanation - a brief note, text or email would have been appreciated; a part was left uninstalled requiring the car to be returned to the shop. Overall, I rate the experience an A-.

I'm satisfied now but they should've done it correctly the first time. They tried to just buff out the damage first try instead of just painting it which is what ended up needing done anyway.
