If I was asked who did the repairs to my car then I would state Carstar did it and then say maybe you should ask if further repairs are needed to please call.

My car looks good although it took a month and a week for me to get my car back. It was the same accident that brought me to Carstar in the first place. My front bumper was totally removed from the front of the car. I had to call them several times before they informed me that they were waiting for parts. Once they repaired the front bumper the lights on the passenger side was extremely brighter looked really nice while leaving the left side lights Dull looking and unattractive and out of sought. Not a very good look for a car that had the whole front bumper removed from there car and the lights smashed. This was the same situation with the first accident. I took it back to them because I was pleased with the repairs that they had done even though I inquired about the lights situation and how unhappy I was with it. Now it's the same situation and my lights doesn't look any better. Also my car sounds like a Truck not a car. Carstar does nice work but I wouldn't take my car there again. I would preferably like to work with someone who would work with me in getting my car back to being safer and better for me and my family.

The shop was super informative during the repair process. I received updates via text on the status of my truck. It was completed in less than a week and looks amazing! They even sent me home with touch up paint . I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone needing their vehicle repaired! They worked closely with my my insurance company (Erie) to ensure everything was handled properly. Made the entire ordeal very hassle-free!

We are very pleased with the level of repairs. Compared to the damage it is almost like having a new car again. The air conditioning check was necessary and y’all were great about it, apologetic and accommodating to when we could bring it back in.
