I received a message that my car was done at 3:15 pm and went the next day and was told it was not done they had to wash it I said no problem I take and get washed

The body work was great and the people we interacted with were very kind. I just wish we had been able to easily get in touch via phone and had gotten some sort of update (even a response to my email) during the process.

Everyone was very kind but it was nearly impossible to get in touch via phone. We called a number of times (upwards of 10 over the course of about 3 weeks) at different times of the day, and a call was only answered once. The voicemail would also not accept messages.

I was able to seen at my scheduled appointment after going through my insurance and they kept me pretty updated on the status of my car. When I went to pick it up it seem like there no damage in the first place. Definitely will go back if needed.
