I’m not happy at all, the dent is still visible, and they put some kind of putty on my window and sealed it shut. This was absolutely not necessary for the repair that was needed. I’ve already contacted my insurance company and am waiting for their direction. But no. We are not happy at all.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations! I have absolutely zero complaints about the work that was done. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They even arranged a rental vehicle for me and contacted the rental company to pick it up once my vehicle was ready. The level of service and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The work on the antenna and the painting of the roof is good. However there was overspray on the sunroof, front and rear window. The lining of the trunk was displaced (I’m assuming for the working of the antenna) and not put back. The weather strip in the trunk is torn as well.
