I appreciate the cleanliness of the car after the repair but it’s a brand new 2023 and I haven’t had it more than a couple months, I would of liked to get it back the way I got it off the lot. There was deep scratches to the interior around where they were working, I thought the whole steering column would of been back to how I got it but it obviously wasn’t with what seemed like a thin piece of cloth covering the top of steering wheel.

The car looks great but the process it took to get it there was stressful. After dropping the car off, I waited two weeks before having to call for an update. The update I got later that day and it was that the car would be completed that following wed or thurs. Friday came and no call was ever received so I called back but my call was not returned. Monday was the same thing. Tuesday I finally asked for someone else to talk to but was assured the same tech would call me with an update. Later that day I got the same update, the car would be done wed/thurs (a week after the original time). Thursday 5pm I called because I never heard back and was told the car was ready to be picked up. I don’t understand why communication was so poor but it caused a tremendous amount of anxiety for me and unfortunately ruined my experience with your shop. I would not use your services again.
