I didn’t receive any updates regarding the status of my car. I called 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up and was only then informed it would be another week if not more before it was finished. The receptionist was incredibly kind and always answered my questions

I am happy with the repair results, but the repair process was unclear and unsatisfactory. There was little to no communication on the status of my car and the expected finish date. The first time I dropped my car off, I was not initially given any options on what to do with my car while waiting for a back ordered part with no expected date on when it would be available. The second time I dropped my car off, there was no update available on my car when I called a couple days after and I never received a call back with an update. This led to me calling a second time with the same situation a day or two later. I had to make many calls to get updates on my car and the finish date to then call the insurance to extend the rental car multiple times. I also had gotten two estimates and work was never done for the self pay estimate. When I finally asked if the self pay estimate was planning on being done at the same time, I was told no and not given an answer on where it was not communicated that it should be done as well. I was told it would take an additional two weeks if I chose to get it done at that point after already extending my car rental twice.
