Alex was excellent. Responsive. Accurate. Helpful. In contrast, the person at the front desk was frenetic and very oddly behaved. Didn’t answer the phone after 3 calls and 20 rings each. Got upset when I texted Carstar website. Ordered me to repark rental car when I returned it. Gave me my keys but didn’t instruct where my car was located.
