The headlights are not aligned. Both of the new fenders, one has a chip on it. And the other has a rough edge. The new chin spoiler had a scuff. The left side fender is gapped out. Not satisfied with the work at all.

My car was in this shop for 26 days. when the car was returned to me, it had nothing but shop dust on it. T he paint is like an orange peel the new fenders had rough edges and a chip on it brand new chin spoiler had a scuff the fit and finish from the headlights to the bumper and the fenders, was not in adjusted right

My car was handled well and quickly. Daniel communicated each step. Moreover, the office staff, both ladies were welcoming and helpful as I just had surgery and also, the car rental didnt go well. But the lady at the front desk did all in her power to help me get my rental. Such great customer service.

CARSTAR Auto Boutique was phenomenal in every step of the process. The friendly demeanor of everyone I interacted with was exactly what I needed while trying to work though my first accident. At this point I hate AllState insurance, but trust CARSTAR with anything car related going forward! My only critique is I wish they were a little more communicative, but they were always kind and happy to provide an update when I called. When I reached out for help dealing with an error on AllState's end, they were quick to reach out to the adjuster I was working with to help me remedy the issue to get my rental car covered. Thank you to everyone at CARSTAR!

CARSTAR was easy to work with and even went the extra mile to help me work with the insurance company. My vehicle looks as good as new and matches perfectly! Fixed my 2023 Nissan Murano after a rear collision. Looks brand new after getting it back and the turnaround time was very quick. Highly recommend CARSTAR. At least the one on 1037 E 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201 where I went. Employees were very nice and professional as well. 10/10.
