The last place I brought my car was smoother. It’s farther away than you guys but tbh I would rather go back there. Also I was late to work after I dropped off my car because the rental vehicle was not ready for me. Kinda annoying. I also had to call multiple times to make sure the rental would be there so not sure why they still weren’t prepared. Last place I went organized the rental FOR me which was a big help. This time they made me facilitate that myself .

So the girl who works at the front desk is very very very friendly. Honestly she’s the only reason I was not complaining . You need her !!! Give her a raise ! She has her job down well with facilitating everyone in that pipsqueak waiting room.
