shop is easy to work with and turnaround is within two weeks. convenience to pickup and dropoff rental car. you receive progress report of your vehicle. I used this shop twice for repairs. I will return back again hopefully not soon.

Customer service was excellent. The only reason for the point downgrade is it would have been nice to keep my car (and reduce rental costs) while waiting for parts to be delivered and no repairs were actively being performed on my car.
