Alejandro, Lupe, and Giovanni were both helpful and very understanding with my situation. I think CarStar is a great establishment and completely recommend them. One issue/question but first: the workmanship overall looks great. The one issue is on the drivers side rear door bottom black molding or the molding behind it, under the gear tunnel are out of alignment - they don’t fit smoothly. I have a photo but couldn’t paste it.

Chris went above and beyond with my repair. It was extremely challenging dealing with the insurance company because they were making things far more difficult than necessary, but Chris was communicative, responsive, transparent, and kept me in the loop the entire time.
