Fixed my car, but now none of my speakers work other than the front tweeters. You guys laid my subwoofer on its back without disconnecting the wires. Wires broke and there’s a part of the wire that broke inside my subwoofer so now my entire sub is broken. Who, with car knowledge and experience, puts a plugged subwoofer on its back? I was wondering why my speakers sounded weird on the drive back home, I opened my truck, subwoofer is laid down. I stood it up to inspect the wires… Back speaker wires that the subwoofer gets sound from broken. I wonder what other wires were yanked and pulled if my front and back speakers, and subwoofer no longer works. Was happy with the customer service at first, but not with the mechanics working on the car. All they cared about was fixing the exterior with no respect to your belongings. My favorite part of my car, ruined. Also, not sure if my driver window was left open but the entire inside of my car was so dusty. No point of putting a floor mat on the car if there’s dust on the AC vents, dashboard, seats, everything. Like what I said, all they care about is fixing what was broken but they will ruin everything else that wasn’t broken.
