Every worker I encountered was professional, efficient, knowledgable, and just plain nice. From the tech who greeted me and did the walk around, to the guy who got me a free Uber, to Chris who went out of his way to explain his approach to repairing the damage to my very special 2012 CTS-V Wagon. He was not only thorough and his ideas well-thought out, he explained is thinking simply and clearly throughout the process. The job is beautiful, as I just now finished polishing it up for a cruise down Mission..looking better than ever….Thanks Carstar!

Chris and the whole team at CARSTAR did an above and beyond job regarding our Rivian repairs. They kept us up to date regarding repair status and worked diligently to get our car fixed ahead of schedule and before the holiday weekend.
