I had an excellent experience with this shop. They did a great job repairing my car—it looks so nice and exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service! I especially want to thank Lope, the estimator, for her professional work and thoughtfulness. When I mentioned that I was hearing noises coming from the wheels after the repair, she immediately took the initiative to contact a nearby shop for me so the issue could be checked and fixed as conveniently as possible.

CARSTAR is amazing! I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready on Thursday! Lupe was my contact and she walked me thru the process and kept me up to date everyday. Unfortunately, another one of my cats as hit while I was in the grocery store and no note was left. I had to open another claim and I took the car to CARSTAR!

Carstar was pleasant to deal with, they kept us informed and delivered car earlier than expected. They had to recalibrated some errors but made the issue as smooth as could be. They picked up and delivered car late evenings after shop was closed.

Great communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. It was also a seamless and easy process, from dropping my car off, to getting the rental car, to picking up and leaving my rental at the shop — it certainly took all the stress off me after the nuisance of being rear ended. When I picked up my car, it looked better than I could have ever imagined. The team went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. I truly appreciate all the care and attention that went into the repairs, while also making me feel like a valued customer. I hope I never need to come back, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back.
