Carstar was pleasant to deal with, they kept us informed and delivered car earlier than expected. They had to recalibrated some errors but made the issue as smooth as could be. They picked up and delivered car late evenings after shop was closed.

Great communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. It was also a seamless and easy process, from dropping my car off, to getting the rental car, to picking up and leaving my rental at the shop — it certainly took all the stress off me after the nuisance of being rear ended. When I picked up my car, it looked better than I could have ever imagined. The team went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. I truly appreciate all the care and attention that went into the repairs, while also making me feel like a valued customer. I hope I never need to come back, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back.

My adjuster from my car insurance did a horrible job updating me and communicating with the CARSTAR to be able to proceed next steps to get my car fixed, but Lupe kept me updated and called me in a constant basis. I really appreciate the team. They did an amazing job, and got the original parts added back to my car.
