Unfortunately, the sunroof glass and the right rear quarter panel were damaged during the repair process. This required a follow-up visit to replace the sunroof glass and reposition the trunk. While Gerry was very helpful and did his best to assist, the quality control was a bit lacking compared to my past experiences here. I am currently waiting on parts for another pending repair in two weeks.

CARSTAR Auto World staff were very polite and custom oriented. Hertz rental car return was not easy and took more than 2 hours of my time. The Hertz location, where I picked up the rental car was more than several miles and I was told that I can return the car to another location near to the CARSTAR (less than 2 miles) to be able to get a ride to the CARSTAR location. However, the Hertz in the near location had one hour lunch break and I had to wait there.
