I had a small repair paint job done by another company. But the paint did not match. And they tried twice, and it still did not match. So I went to CARSTAR on 1928 n Wesleyan Blvd rocky mount... and they we're so nice, gave me an estimate, explain the process and guaranteed me, it would match. I got my car back and I can not see the bad paint. The paint matches perfectly. AWESOME WORK. I RECOMMEND 5 STARS

Location-1928 N Wesleyan Blvd I took my car there because a prior company did not match my door to the rest of the car paint. I talked with Brian and he gave me an estimate and guaranteed that they could have it match. A few days later I went back and the paint job was awesome. It matched perfectly.. If you need a paint repair, please go see Brian and his team, they understood what I wanted and they delivered it ...awesome job

I feel the communication was terrible. I dropped my car off on July 6 and was told it would be ready no later than Wednesday on July 8. I paid a deposit so that the parts can be there before I dropped the car off. I had to call on the 9th to check the status and they told me they are waiting on parts. Which I was told was already there! Next I called on the several more times after that checking the status because I was playing for the rental car out of pocket. Which i informed them! On July 14th, I was called around 1206pm and was told they are working on my car. I drove by around 930 am and my car was still outside in the same spot. Between 940 and 3pm my car was broken down and put back together. And the results looks as if it was a rush job. My passenger side bumper isn't fully attached like it should and the front isn't aligned. I spoke with the manger and he informed me that it's an after mark part. Why are we using after market parts that doesn't fit my vehicle. No one from the company walked around the vehicle to point that out. I inspected the vehicle myself and asked. Very displeased with the quality of work.
