As part of a nationwide network of Carstar repair facilities we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all repairs against any workmanship defects. We also offer 24 hour towing.

I have mixed opinions. The good: Brian really helped get ehat was needed from insurance. My insurance Adjuster completely dropped the ball and he made sure to get the ball rolling with another adjuster. The bad: There was a severe lack of communication for the status of the estimate and repairs. I asked multiple times for an estimate and was told they were working on it only to find out they hadn't started because they hadn't heard from insurance even though I told them I wanted to see a cost prior to filing the claim. The car took over a month to get repaired and not once did they ever call me with an update. I called them every time and never got a good reason for the delay other than parts were ordered. Overall the experience was not good. I would have left a worse rating had it not been that they did help with my insurance problem.
