The communication was frequent on the status of the vehicle's completion but the initial communication was a little rough. I'm a person that likes to take time to understand the process and how everything will be executed. It seems that the rep was not happy about the amount of time it took to complete the reading of the documents. I don't sign anything without reading it first.
