I went in for my initial visit Juan Ramirez helped me he was very thorough and put in the order for my part scheduled my appointment. When I came back I explained that I really needed my car done fast because I have 5 kids and I needed to pick them up from school. I sat down and within 30 minutes I kid you not. It was ready!!!! I was just in shocked how Mr. Ramirez, Juan got the job done so fast. He was very professional and welcoming and most of all he cared. I will come back to CARSTAR for other repairs my truck needs. Thank you for great service!

I had a wonderful experience here. Charles made getting my car repaired so easy. The customer service was all around amazing. I had regular updates and it was such a quick fix I had my car back home in no time. Being in a car accident was terrible and I am glad that this team took the time to explain what would be done and how long it would take it gave me peace of mind.
