When I dropped off my car I ask technician if he could address a small area in back fender where paint was faded and he said “no worries we will take care of it”. I was totally disappointed to find that everything was excellent except the faded fender. I asked about it when I picked up the car and was given an estimate and was told that I would need to leave my car for at least two days. This is inconvenient to me because I will need to get another car rental with more of out of pocket cost which could have been done all at once.

The service was exceptional. The team was amazing. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly, courteous and very professional. What stood out for me and what I appreciated were all of the updates that Charles shared with me. There was never a need for me to call them, they were on point with every step of the process of getting my car back to me and on the road in a timely manner. My car looked as if it had never been in a collision, from the color of the paint to the details of the pinstripe on the door. I can’t say enough about this team at CARSTAR. All I can say is keep up the exceptional customer service that you provide. Bravo!!!
