Starting with the front desk upon arrival, Alma was quick at signing us in to get with an adjuster. Juan, the adjuster, was pleasant and detailed with the fixes on my car and it was done faster than estimated. The text communication is definitely a plus. Would use this shop again if ever needed in the future.

I was assisted by Charles all throughout the process. I brought my vehicle in on the 23rd and got it back on the 6th of the following month. I was extremely impressed by how quick they got my car fixed up. Charles called every step of the way to ensure I was aware of the process, it lessened my anxiety and was a relief knowing my car was in good hands. I would recommend anyone to Car Star anytime!!!!
