I am incredibly grateful to CarStar Avalon Upland. They provided me with amazing service from beginning to end. I have never had such a positive experience with an auto body shop. The check-in experience was easy, quick and they accommodate to all of my needs. They scheduled me an appointment that was convenient for me and the enterprise rental vehicle company was already on site waiting for me with my rental vehicle. The whole experience is seamless. It feels like a 5 star highly rated concierge service, they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and that you are well taken care of. I’m not exaggerating about their impeccable service. Any concern I had, I gave them a call and they were happy to help me. Their receptionist was even kind enough to remember who I was just by listening to my voice over the phone all other staff is well trained, courteous, and hospitable. They were even extremely kind enough to check on another concern that I had and took the time and were able to give me helpful feedback. They truly understand that their customers are already under stress and tension and therefore they strive to make your overall experience carefree. I can keep going on and on with so many great things about this place. I highly recommended and trust them fully with taking care of one’s vehicle.

They made the process seamless from start to finish and went above and beyond to secure and replace an original manufacturers windshield. Did a great job with paint repairs to the front end of my vehicle. They provided outstanding communication from start to finish and accommodated my request to pick up my vehicle a bit late as I was out of town during the repair.
