I was afraid I would not have the car back before closing on the final day of repairs. I wanted to have the car to drive to the airport the next day to pick up my sister. Dawn stayed late after Carstar’s closing in order to pick me up at the rental car place and take me back to Carstar to retrieve my car. I was so surprised and grateful! The alignment in the trunk was not aligned correctly. One side had a big gap and the other was to tight. The Nissan sticker on the truck was full of air bubbles. The area they worked on was not “properly cleaned” full of metal. I can tell that the headlights were not changed like they said that they were. There are scratches that were there before.

I was very pleased with the way Carstar handled my truck repair. Very professional and friendly staff treated my vehicle with care and fixed my bumper to restore it back to new condition. Even though my truck was a discontinued model, they found the correct party to install. Very pleased with Carstar’s work and they even washed my vehicle inside and out when the repair was done.
