My car was in the shop 4 days. After 4 days, I called Carstar to get an update. I was told by the manager my car had not been worked on. I asked why. I did not receive an answer that made sense. I replied I will come to pick it up because my car sat for 4 days with no attempts to repair it. My bank was charged $220.00. I called to ask why - because it is for storage. I called my bank immediately to stop payment. My car was not there for storage. It was there for repair which did not take place.
