I was told I would recieve updates and also that my car would be ready on multiple occasions but never did I receive any updates unless I called. Won't be going back here again.

The car looks good but communication between CARSTAR and the client needs to be better. I dropped the car off on November 4 and was informed all parts were in place ready to go, expecting the car to be picked up on November 14 after my vacation. The car was not ready
