As I mentioned, we've had to have our vehicle repaired twice this year and Carstar has really come through on both occasions. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Carstar -- absolutely first-rate service.

If I could rate this higher than '10,' I would. Not only was everyone in the shop extremely professional, the front office team really went over and above expectations to retrieve our vehicle from the storage lot of a 'challenging' towing compnay that seemed intent on charging our insurance company and Carstar a king's ransom to release the car. We really appreciate everyone's professionalism and diligence!
