Andrea is a peach! From the moment she answers the phone to the last moment when she takes your money, she’s absolutely wonderful! She’s personable, knowledgeable, and just a real delight. I had an incident with sealcoat on the highway and needed my car looked at as soon as possible. They got me in right away on a Friday afternoon and Joel had an estimate to me by Tuesday. He contacted the asphalt contractor responsible for the problem and followed up with American Family. He was very thorough and assured me they would do a great job and they did. We had prior experience when the company was still Twin City Auto Body and were always very pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend the to both family and friends. Kudos to the team at Carstar 👍.

Given the extent of the damage caused by the deer, I'm amazed at how well the Carstar team was able to restore things, replacing components when necessary, repairing what wasn't damaged, and blending everything together seamlessly in the paint shop.
