The only downfall was how long it took for the total repair. However, some of the delay was caused by the technician being sick on more than 1 occasion.

If wish that I had been given an option to add the repair of a paint chip on the hood on my car at the same time as the repair to the damage to the driver’s side of the car. I did not notice the chip until after the repairs were done when I picked up my car. I would have really appreciated it if the repair people brought to my attention as an option to fix while in the shop. I understand it would have been a cost for me, not the under the insurance paying for the accident damage. It just would have made sense for me to have the chip repaired while in the shop

I received some confusing phone messages at times regarding my car - calls to me accidentally as they were related to another car. I had to pursue information about my car - they said they would call by Friday or Monday, I didn’t hear by Wednesday so I called them. Staff were friendly though! 9/10
