Overall this has been a terrible experience. Originally when the car was brought to New Hope the B pillar trim was put on crooked, the door did not seal so water poured into the car when I washed the car, and the windshield seal was just set in place. The seal immediately ripped out as soon as I drove the car on the freeway. I was also overcharged and had to call many times before I finally got reimbursed. When the windshield was replaced to fix the seal the glass installer globbed windshield sealant all over my interior trim and dented the roof trim. After speaking with the CEO I was referred to the Bloomington location to fix the horrible workmanship of the new hope location and their glass installer. I drove across the metro to show the branch manager the damage so they could order parts. It turns out the parts were never ordered when I reached out to bring my car down to get it fixed. After bringing my car to the Bloomington shop they had my car for a month and did not fix all the items we discussed. I will bring my car to a different shop to fix the remaining items. I would never refer anyone to Carstar.

I wanted to say that CARSTAR did an amazing job overall, but I noticed a small issue—a quarter-sized drop of black paint on my white car. It's not a huge deal, just a little annoying. Otherwise the repair itself is extremely well done.
