Tamara handled my in-store transactions. She took thorough pictures, felt the marks, and answered all my questions. Tamara brought calm and resolution to a high anxiety situation. Ivy handled all my over-the-phone questions. She was always patient, willing to help, and always reached a solution. Ivy was kind throughout and that really matters to build trust, which I did come to. Chris worked on my vehicle and the results exceeded my expectations! I got the repairs, a beautiful paint job, and a surprising clean inside-out. I’m very grateful my vehicle runs smoothly still and that I was able to pick up before the expected date. If anything happens in the future, I know I can bring my vehicle back to Chris and the CarStar Team. Tamara, Ivy, and Chris, thank you for making this a seamless process from start to finish!
