Carstar is the mvp of auto body repair. We took our 2022 Hyundai in for repair one week before the Christmas Holiday. We were worried that it would not be ready in time for the break. Almost erything was explained. They only thing was I was not told that there wasn't a driver available from the rental drop off to the shop on weekends. However, Tamara resolved the issue ithin minutes. Unfortunately, the rental manager was kind of rude about it. That wasn't necessary.

Customer service was elite. They explained everything they were going to do, gave me real time updates, follow up calls and the final product was amazing. My neighbor asked me if I painted the whole car over and I didn’t. That’s just how amazing of a job they did. I would recommen them to everyone.
