SC Brooklyn Auto Solutions service was amazing from beginning to end. They are extremely attentive, accommodating and strives to give the most Excellent service. I never felt rushed, forgotten or alone, never had to wonder about the progress of my vehicle bcuz Tamara was consistent & timely with updates, answers & options when necessary. Not only was my car fixed in a timely manner on time as they said it would but it was so clean inside & out perfect even better than the car wash ever cleaned it lol. Which I greatly appreciated. Duane went out of his way to make it Satisfactory. The back bumper was fixed seamlessly, the trunk door closes smoothly, and paint job is great. I am beyond pleased and just grateful really for this Peaceful experience out of what started as a stressful circumstance. I will honestly never stop gloating about SC Brooklyn Auto Solutions business and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet. Also grateful to travelers for recommending them.

10/10 service, 10/10 work, 10/10 atmosphere. I recently had my 2021 Dodge Charger Scatpack worked on at this shop and to say the least, Brooklyn Auto did an IMPECCABLE job!! I got into an incident and prior to discovering Brooklyn Auto, I “repaired” the damage at a different local body shop and let’s just say no work was done at all, only outside cosmetic work which was very poor. The shop I went to before going to Brooklyn Auto left my car with all the same parts that were broken from the accident, from the radiator to the fan all the way to the frame of my car was damaged. My headlights weren’t working properly. The paint was peeling off the whole front end of my car almost immediately after I got it back. It was almost as if I got no work done on the car. I was searching endlessly for a shop to do the corrective repair properly and had given up hope, until I came across Dwayne & his team. My car came out of Brooklyn Auto looking BRAND NEW OUT OF THE FACTORY!! I couldn’t believe the turn around this shop did on my car, in only a week! What the other shop took a month to do, this shop did in ONE WEEK. I had almost given up hope on this car until this shop brought it back to life for me. The shop is lovely, huge and clearly well kept. They have top of the line equipment and a beautiful, high end paint booth. As soon as I took a look around the shop, I knew I was in good hands. The paint job was flawless, the split in the frame of my car was repaired in such a way that you could not even tell it was damaged in the first place!! I was speechless. My lights finally got aligned and now work properly so I don’t have to worry about driving blind during the evening hours. This shop literally took a humongous weight of my shoulders by taking such good care of my car; which is my baby! Seeing how frantic I was when I first brought the car in, Dwayne made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process which I really appreciated due to my previous experience at the other body shop. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of my needs, as well as exactly what kind of outcome I was expecting. They nailed it and executed this job, expeditiously! I cannot say enough good things about this shop and already started recommending it to all my car enthusiast peers. This will be my go to shop FOR LIFE!! If you ever come across this shop, then PLEASE don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. This is the one!!
