This is the second time we’ve brought our car in for repair through and once again, we had a great experience. A special thank you to David and Genesis for their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. David was especially wonderful with my senior dad. He was patient, understanding, and always took the time to explain what was happening. His consistent communication throughout the entire process kept us informed every step of the way. Having to deal with a vehicle repair can be stressful, but David made the process feel so much easier. Knowing that my dad was being treated with kindness and respect meant so much to us. The repairs were done beautifully, but what really stood out was the communication and genuine care we received. At first a was a little bump out, because they told me to bring the car a week later,because they were busy, but they were able to have my car ready in two weeks and the car looks great, so by far I would say really good experience,.

In all everything seems good , I was drive testing the car so that s the reason for delaying , but in general I'm as at now satisfied with the repairs. So far so good

It was difficult to reach the adjuster at times but when he did answer he was very helpful and expedient on the rental.
